‘IGA Online Customer Survey’ Competitions 2017

How to enter

(a) Simply purchase any product from any participating IGA / SUPA IGA store between the following promotional periods:  

    Promotional period A: 09/03/2017 to 31/08/2017
    Promotional period B: 01/09/2017 to 07/03/2018

    (b) Visit www.iga.com.au/feedback complete the requested details from the promotional flyer, and complete the online customer survey.

    (c) Please retain your receipt, as proof of purchase will be requested to claim a prize.

    Entries close: Period A 31/08/2017 11.59pm (AEDT); PERIOD B 07/03/2018 11.59PM (AEDT)

Conditions of Entry

Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these conditions. Entry into this competition is deemed to be an acceptance of these conditions.

(d) Entry is open to Australian residents who are aged 16 years and over that have access to the internet. Employees of the Promoter and agencies associated with this competition and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

(e) Details from entries will be collected and used for the purposes of conducting this promotion (which may include disclosure to third parties for the purpose of processing and conducting the promotion) and for promotional purposes surrounding this promotion. By consenting to receive future promotional or marketing materials after completing the IGA online customer surveys, entrants consent to the use of their information as described and agree that the Promoter may use this information, or disclose it to other organisations that may use it, in any media for future promotional purposes without any further reference or payment to the entrant. Entrants may access, change and/or update their personal information and obtain a copy of the Promoter’s privacy policy by contacting the Promoter on (03) 9643 6595 during office hours.

(f) Entries are deemed received at the time of receipt by the Promoter in its promotional database and not at the time of transmission by the entrant.

(g) The total annual prize pool (for all competitions) is not more than $4999. The competition consists of 1 prize draw per promotional period, which will consist of 20 x $100 IGA Gift vouchers. A separate prize draw will be held for each competition. The draw will take place at 12:00 (AEDT) on September 1st 2017 for Period A and at 12:00 (AEDT) on March 8th 2018 for Period B at Bastion Latitude, 14-18 Cremorne Street, Richmond, 3121. The winners will be notified by phone & email.

(h) All prizes are provided as IGA gift cards [value not greater than $250 per gift card]. Please see http://www.iga.net.au/igafresh/index.cfm?page_id=2512 for separate terms and conditions applicable to IGA Gift Cards. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

(i) Any costs associated with accessing the online customer survey websites are the entrant's responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.

(j) Immediately after the prize draw a second draw will be conducted where a 'reserve winner' will be selected. In the event a prizewinner cannot be located within 3 months of the original draw date the winner's entry will be deemed invalid and the 'reserve winner' will win the prize. The winner will be notified by phone & email.

(k) The prizewinner is advised that tax implications may arise from their prize winnings and they should seek independent financial advice prior to the acceptance of the prize.

(l) The Promoter may require a prizewinner to provide proof of identity, proof of age and proof of residency at the nominated delivery address. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the Promoter's discretion.

(m) The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any incorrect, ineligible, invalid, late, lost or misdirected entries or for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestions on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including but not limited to, any injury or damage to participants or any other persons computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in this competition.

(n) The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.

(o) The promoter may change individual competition dates at will without notification of competition entrants.

(p) If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and, subject to any written directions given by the various Lottery Departments, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking a prize.
